We usually answer within one hour the message is received during our working hours. If it takes longer, it can be due to a higher volume of e-mails than usual, we are closed for a holiday or during summer when we have staff on vacation. When contacting us, please identify yourself and the product you need assistance with.

Founded in 1991, Regent Instruments Inc. sells image analysis systems for plant and forestry research. Regent Instruments systems are used in more than 68 countries in a variety of disciplines including: agronomy, biotechnology, botany, ecology, forestry and many more.

Specialized software / general hardware is the philosophy behind Regent Instruments.

Regent Instruments relies on a dynamic team of engineers, agronomists and microbiologists. Our close cooperation with universities, government agencies and private companies from all over the world allows us to fully understand our clients' needs.

Our products come with a very prompt and competent technical support, by e-mail. Furthermore, we are very receptive to end user suggestions. At Regent Instruments, a product is never considered finished. There are always some aspects to be improved upon or new features to be added. That is why our products are updated frequently (about once a year).
